I support this bill because as you can see from this link

 embezzlement is a problem.  I respectfully request that the Committee  set this bill for a vote in the House.

I am calling about the Committee Substitute for House Bill 3803 and I want to make sure that Representative _____________ knows that I do support the bill. I am asking that you vote YES in the Calendars Committee.

This bill should go to the House for a vote.

I respectfully request that the Committee  set this bill for a vote in the House.
