Pennslyvannia: A Pocono Country Place blocks resident from serving on board again

Joe Kowalski has been removed from the board of directors at A Pocono Country Place, despite receiving the most votes among six candidates last month for three openings.  It marks the second consecutive year Kowalski has been blocked from serving on the board of Monroe County’s largest private common interest community. The Philadelphia resident, who has owned property in APCP since 1983, was disqualified from last year’s election before his vote total was announced.     Read the article
