Some unhappy residents in Tamarac’s Mainlands 3 won’t see any changes at their homeowner’s association just yet — and the neighborhood squabble is likely to wind up back in court, said Peter Wallis, the attorney for the residents. Residents of Mainlands 3, a 55-plus neighborhood, had filed a lawsuit in circuit court asking a judge to help remove two husband-wife teams nearly 75 residents accused of mismanagement and creating an abusive environment.
