Frank Askin is the Law Professor, who established the Constitutional Litigation Clinic at Rutgers University.

His law students have worked on several HOA cases, including the ground-breaking New Jersey First Amendment case  Committee for a Better Twin Rivers v. Twin Rivers Homeowners’ Association.

His law students are now working on a comprehensive proposal to ensure fair elections in associations.
