Denise Fanelli enjoys walking her Puggle named Buddy where she lives at The Mews At Wyckford Commons in Sellersville. She said, “They’re like my kids. I’ve had the one for 11 years and I’ve had the other for six years.”  But the walk isn’t as enjoyable without her other dog, a Husky Shepherd Chow named Molly who isn’t allowed here. Fanelli says the Homeowners Association abruptly changed the rules regarding pets. Initially bylaws allowed for one but Fanelli says it was later amended to allow for two.  “The board is saying they are not in affect,” said Fanelli. She and other residents started receiving fines from the board after they say it reverted back to the original policy. She can’t bear to get rid of one of her beloved pets.   Read more:
