Summerchase’s HOA president told we could not attend that meeting to ask questions.

Augusta, GA — People who live in one Richmond County neighborhood want to know how their Homeowners Association (HOA) fees are being spent. Those who live at Summerchase say the treasurer recently resigned and are not sure whether their HOA fees are being put to good use. More than 70 homeowners live at Summerchase off Wrightsboro Road. Each owner forks up about $1,000 a year for their homeowners association fees…which brings in around $70,000 a year for the HOA.
