Following a contentious legal dispute spanning the past several months, the president and vice president of the Russett Community Association have been replaced. In an Aug. 25 order, Anne Arundel Circuit Court Judge Paul Goetzke directed Annapolis-based attorney Jonathan Hodgson to count the votes of a June election initiated by the association’s members and seat the winners.
